Promotions Producer
With the introduction of our two new channels, Sky Racing2 and Sky Racing World we now are seeking an experienced Promotions Producer to create and deliver material that effectively advertises Programming content and special events across the Sky Network to our customers.
Based at our Frenchs Forest site and reporting to the Programming Manager, your responsibilities will include;
Responsibilities
- Promotional advertising of Sky Racing programs, content, and special events.
- Source footage, voice-over talent, video tape material, location/studio for production purposes.
- Initiate creative campaigns to enhance the development of the Sky product
- Liaise with Programming Manager and Graphics regarding promotional campaigns, concepts, scripts, editing and overall look of promotional content to ensure a high standard of production is maintained and the Sky product receives maximum exposure.
Pre-requisites
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in accordance with organisational and quality standards
- Maintain a high level of production quality under pressure
- Creativity in developing promotional campaigns
- Knowledge of the racing and sport in general
- A strong understanding of television production
- Editing skills on facilities such as Avid and/or Smoke
- Ability to write promotional scripts
- An ability to co-ordinate various resources to achieve an objective
